Rs150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the rs150 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. The current version applies to all active accounts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the rs150 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the rs150 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rs150 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
The rs150 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to have only one active account on the rs150 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian mobile phone number. This information is used for identity verification and account-related communication.
- Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Any suspicious access attempts must be reported to the rs150 support team immediately.
- Rs150 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the rs150 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots or any tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the rs150 platform.
- Engaging in any action that disrupts platform operations or the experience of other users.
- Attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the rs150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, GrabPay and selected Malaysian online banking.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as specified in your account dashboard. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account as soon as confirmation is received from the payment provider. rs150 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon by the rs150 team. A completed identity verification is required before your first withdrawal request is approved. Processing times are between 24 to 48 business hours.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements specified in their respective promotional terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirements before submitting a withdrawal request may result in the cancellation of bonus credits. rs150 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Rs150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Incomplete identity verification or information found to be false.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or platform abuse.
- Multiple account creation by the same user.
- A suspension or closure request initiated by the user themselves.
In cases where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any valid account balance will be frozen in the interim. If the investigation finds no fraud, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned. Should fraud be confirmed, rs150 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the rs150 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must be withdrawn first.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The rs150 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. rs150 is not liable for any losses arising from:
- Unplanned technical disruptions or platform downtime.
- Betting or game outcomes that are not in the user's favour.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
- Exchange rate fluctuations or third-party payment limits.
Rs150's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total active deposit balance in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the rs150 platform are the exclusive property of rs150 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without written permission from rs150.
The rs150 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers. rs150 is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Any feedback or suggestions submitted by users to rs150 may be used by rs150 without any obligation to compensate the user.
8. Amendments of Terms & Applicable Law
Rs150 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-account notifications or their registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amendments will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed while all other provisions shall remain fully effective.
